1. General Terms

55ok (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 55ok and each registered user.

These terms are written in plain language so you can understand them easily. If anything is unclear, reach out to our support team — they are always ready to help.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all 55ok services. In addition, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policyshall also apply, which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Register

To play on 55ok, you must create a valid account. Please keep the following in mind when registering:

• Each individual may only One Account You may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• Accounts created with false information will be terminated at any time, and any funds held may be forfeited.

55ok reserves the right to decline any registration request, particularly where there is reason to believe the applicant is opening an account for fraudulent purposes.

3. Age & Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 55ok may request a valid ID or other documents at any time to verify your age. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

55ok is accessible from Bangladesh only. The platform may not be used from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 55ok can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The deposit rules are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• The correct reference number and amount must be provided when making a deposit.
• 55ok does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

All deposit transactions are secured with SSL encryption. If a deposit fails but the amount is not credited to your account, it will be automatically refunded within 24 hours.

5. Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal process on 55ok is simple and fast. However, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, you must first fulfill the applicable wagering conditions.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. In cases of bank server issues, processing may take up to 24 hours.

If 55ok suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or irregular betting patterns, it reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

55ok offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus rules:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once, on their first deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the specified wagering requirement (typically 10–30x) has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being terminated.
• Bonuses apply to BDT transactions only.
• 55ok reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer, though bonuses already credited will not be revoked.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be subject to investigation.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on 55ok are conducted fairly and transparently. Key gaming rules:

• All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited by independent third parties.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, 55ok reserves the right to void that round.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the player bears sole responsibility.
• Betting limits vary by game. Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet.
• In Sports Betting, bets cannot be cancelled after they are placed unless a specific cash-out option is available.

If a technical issue arises in any game, our support team will resolve it as quickly as possible.

8. Code of Conduct

55ok is committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for all. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, collusion, or game manipulation.
• Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward other players.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.

Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination and all funds may be forfeited. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities will be notified.

9. Security & Privacy

Protecting your personal information and financial data is 55ok's top priority. All data is stored with SSL encryption and is never shared with third parties.

• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• 55ok will never ask for your password by phone or message.
• If you spot any unusual transactions on your account, contact support immediately.

10. Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. In addition, 55ok may close an account under the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Registering with a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no activity for more than 12 months).
• Closed under a self-exclusion request or responsible gaming policy.

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraudulent activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

55ok is a gaming platform intended for entertainment purposes. Online gaming carries financial risk, and you may lose money you have deposited. 55ok is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from a player's own gaming activity.
• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by server issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Account hacking or data breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.

55ok is always committed to delivering fair and transparent service. In the event of any technical issues, we will resolve them as quickly as possible.

12. Changes to Terms

55ok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on the website, with the date of the update noted at the top of the page.

For significant changes, we will send notifications to registered members. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with the updated terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
